When we first went started eating organic and non-GMO, it seemed like we took a real hit in our pocket book and that it was no money saving meal plan at all. We took it in stride as we decided that if food is what sustains us daily, we would choose to budget more money…
For the past four years, we have had dogs in the house for the first time in my life and then the past two I have had a child running around. This typically means that our house can sometimes have some funky smells and heaven forbid the dogs bring in flea, we sometimes have a…
Have you heard of the ezpz mat? There are different kinds, but each one is a place mat that suctions to the the table (or any flat surface). They are seriously one of the best inventions for kids (and adults) because they not only help create less of a mess, but they are very versatile…

I would say use whatever you normally use as a substitute. you might even try something like tiny bits of apple or your favorite fruit. The egg is the caking agent ultimately. Or just leave it out completely 🙂
Turned out great. I used yellow zucchini since it seems to have less moisture. I first put that in the pan to cook first and then turned down the heat and added the spinach so it would wilt slowly and not burn. Then let the mix cool a bit before adding to the other ingredints so they would not precook the egg when mixing. Also used trader joes everything about the bagal spice as the seasoning added a pinch of salt too.
