Please note: I am not a doctor, nurse, or in the medical field. I am also not a Bradley Method instructor and my posts are a combination of those experiences, my own births, research, classes taken, workshops visited, and information gathered over 3 years. All posts are informative, based off of my experience in labor and birth, with my care providers, and on the classes that I attended. Please make informed decisions with your doctor, midwife, and/or any other care providers.
