Description
So you tried out the week free of my 11-week online childbirth class and liked it and now you’re here. While I would love to offer my entire eCourse as a free prenatal course online, it has taken me years to compile all the information and now is a way I help put food on the table! I have tried to price it so that not only is it affordable for the information you’ll get, but also something that can conform to your schedule instead of having to work around trying to get to one every week, especially if you already have any kids.
In the 11-week online childbirth class (following the free prenatal course)
- A series of emails approximately every other week day for your class
- 27 total class emails that you can go through at your own pace (because you already received 3)
- Access to the online dashboard that gives you lifetime access
- Multiple free downloads ready to print
- Links to research, resources, and videos
- A thank you intro printable pack for your “grab book”.
All classes are designed to help guide you through the process of staying healthy during pregnancy, the ins and outs of natural labor, and even prepping for breastfeeding.
You can complete homework together as a couple to make sure both mom and dad are ready for this “having a baby” thing All of it is to ensure that you are doing your best to prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for labor and delivery. Go at your own pace and revisit them as needed. They’re yours to keep… even the free ones I already sent over!

I have been a pseudo-doula for several of my friends, assisting them during their labors, in breastfeeding once baby arrived, and answering their every question along the way and being on text-alert in the middle of the night.
While I am not nor I have never been a nurse or doctor, I am passionate about natural birth!
I have completed the Bradley Method course, been to multiple hospital-led birthing courses, attended birthing lectures, completed home birthing classes, and more. My first daughter was a frank breech baby that I labored naturally at home with for 14 hours. After trying to deliver in a hospital, we wound up with an emergency cesarean. Our second daughter was a natural home birth with a midwifery team after 24 hours of labor.
Please note that you should still be under the care of a OBGYN or Certified Midwife throughout your pregnancy. All medical needs and questions should be directed to them as I am not in any way capable of answering your medical questions. I am not sure what path life will put me on, but many times I have thought that I might pursue midwifery myself. I am just not sure yet and definitely not qualified to try to treat, diagnose, cure, or prevent any medical issue you many encounter. Students enrolling in the course will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that they understand this and that they will not distribute material in a paid or unpaid fashion.
